Subscriptions and free trial

FinLab Pro is billed through Apple. The 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Manage or cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FinLab. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore a purchase on a new device: Profile → FinLab Pro → Restore purchases (also on the paywall).
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your account and data

Progress syncs to your account; sign in on another iPhone to pick up where you left off.
Delete your account and all study data in the app: Profile → Delete account. This is immediate and permanent.
Turn usage analytics off any time: Profile → Share usage analytics.
Password reset: use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen; the email link opens a reset page on this site.

Report a question

Every question has a flag icon in the explanation and in the session report. Flagged questions go straight to our content review. You can also email a screenshot.

AI tutor limits

Free accounts get a small number of AI tutor messages per day; Pro is unlimited with a fair-use cap. The tutor is educational interview preparation and never investment, legal, or tax advice.
